Based at Dartmouth College and in New York City, Tiltfactor Laboratory is active internationally. Members are artists, designers, and theorists of new media and gaming.

The Tiltfactor laboratory is currently housed in the North Fairbanks building on the Dartmouth College campus in Hanover, New Hampshire. Facing the library, follow North Main on the left side of the Green a few buildings, and turn on Cemetery Lane. Pass Thayer Dining Hall, continue to South Fairbanks, and turn right to access the northern end of the Fairbanks building. Proceed to the third floor of North Fairbanks.
